Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or high order volume periods.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier selection. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing)
  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on destination, weight, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if opted in).

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays or peak seasons
  • Customs processing (if applicable)
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Heritage Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked β€œdelivered” by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
