All orders are processed within 1β3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or high order volume periods.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier selection. Estimated delivery times are:

- Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2β3 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if opted in).

Lost or Stolen Packages
Heritage Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked βdeliveredβ by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
