Heritage Hair America, dba Heritage Hair wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair products may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used hair products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
